• The length of your stay will be charged in full to provided credit card or paypal account upon reservation.
  • CANCELLATIONS prior to 4 pm, 14 days before check in with result in a FULL refund. Cancellations received after 14 days and up to 72 hours prior to your 4 pm check-in will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations within 72 hours or no shows will not be refunded.  Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.  Cancellation policies can vary for specials, group event bookings or packages. 
  • Check In is 4 p.m. / Check Out is 12 noon. Please contact ahead of time for any requests to change either. We will accommodate if possible.
  • ACCESS to units are keyless entry. We will contact you with your unique entry code after booking. Check in details will be included in your confirmation email, you may want to print it out! Please contact us at (845) 306-5419 if you have not received by check in day. Please do not share your access code with anyone not staying on your reservation. Codes change with every reservation.
  • There is limited on-site PARKING available. Spots available first come, first serve. One car per suite ONLY. Other legal parking is available on Tinker St. across from hotel or in the public lot located 2 blocks east. Turn right onto Comeau Dr. and then right into the lot. It is safe.
  • On site CONCIERGE SERVICE is available everyday in the Head Shop from 9am to 12 noon & 4-5pm. There is staff on premises during the noon-4 cleaning hours. 24/7 cyber concierge service is available by tablet provided ensuite at The White Dove and owners live on site at the Art Annex.
  • BIKES and other equipment for sign out available first come, first serve. Visit the Head Shop on site from 9am-noon for sign out and details. Must be 16+. Bikes and sleds are rode at guests own risk. We do not provide helmets but do suggest wearing one while riding.
  • We know accidents happen and that hotel items sometimes mistakenly make their way into suitcases. We find it only fair to warn guests that we do reserve the right to charge cost of MISSING or DAMAGED ITEMS plus an inconvenience fee for re-sourcing the item. Alerting us to damage prior to check out may help.
  • We do need all requested INFORMATION for BOOKING, ie: credit card, addresses, numbers, etc. We keep it secure and would never pass it on or sell it to other individuals or companies. We do occasionally reach out with promotions to past guests. If this is something you are not interested in please UNSUBSCRIBE.
